Glad to have rode shotgun with you while seeing some of these great water tank sites. This painting tells the story and reveals a real love for the subject. Also I thank you for your recent book "Water Tanks of Chicago" - an incredible collection of paintings and photographs.
Followed the link from WKM (broadcasting live from ChiTown) and this image attracted the eye immediately. The line work is very interesting of course, but then you start to notice the value shifts...they're subtle, but they're there! Great idea for a series.
